Inspiration Needed!!

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to all you experienced crafters for some much needed inspiration.  I have been asked to make a 1st birthday card for a friend's grandson who will be 1 on 25th January.

I don't usually do cutie cards and find 1st birthdays very hard to create, I find them much easier to design when they become toddlers upwards. 

Any creative ideas would be warmly welcome.  In my last posting I mentioned I was going to try and do some stamping and colouring but alas my Sunday was too busy taken up with boring washing and cooking, as my hubby was working his weekend shift.

Well hope to post something new later on in the week.

    Hi there Dee I did one about three months ago and used my stamps from the baby hedgehogs by Penny Black set so I think find a cute stamp in you supply, chose layout, papers in some pretty colours and go from there.
    I actually used aqua and apple green for my colours it was for a great nephew, it is not on my blog as only been doing my blog for a wee while. but hope that helps..Shaz in Oz.x

    Thanks Dawn for your link, some ideas are wizzing around in my grey matta, I had decided to do an easel card, sometimes I think we try to think 'too hard' don't we to create something different and also special. Thanks also shaz, I will post it for you all to see when made, I have a week to create something!
